We have been designing and fabricating agricultural steel buildings for farms across the UK for decades. Every frame is calculated for its own site, its own snow and wind loading, and the job it has to do - whether that is storing grain at depth, housing cattle through winter, or keeping expensive machinery dry and secure.
Industrial steel buildings need to work commercially as well as structurally: clear internal spans, sensible eaves height, doors in the right place and a building envelope that keeps running costs down. We design around how the space will actually be used and how it may need to change.
Equestrian buildings live or die on light, air and headroom. Our indoor schools and stable blocks are designed with generous eaves, rooflights along both roof slopes and ventilation detailing that keeps the atmosphere healthy without draughts at horse level.
Community and sports buildings have to look good, feel warm and stand up to heavy use. We combine long clear spans with insulated panel systems, acoustic linings and glazed entrances, and we work alongside your architect or design the building from scratch.
A workshop is a tool. We start from the machinery, vehicles and processes going inside, then size the span, eaves height and door openings around them. Add insulation, three-phase provision, mezzanines and a floor slab specified for the loads it will carry.
Storage buildings are about cost per square metre and how quickly you can be using the space. We keep the structure efficient, offer open-sided, part-clad and fully enclosed options, and can phase the build so the first bays are in use while the rest goes up.
